Micha Kaufman is the Founder & CEO of Fiverr (NYSE:FVRR), since its inception in early 2010. Micha is a seasoned entrepreneur with vast knowledge in the Consumer Web industry. Prior to Fiverr, Micha founded and led several technology companies, including Keynesis, Invisia and Spotback.
Micha has an LLB degree in Intellectual Property Law from the Haifa University and spent several years consulting technology companies on Intellectual Property development and prosecution.
Nir has been with Wix since 2007 and he’s been the driving force behind the successful scaling of the company’s operations from a small start-up into an international company serving tens of millions of users. Nir spearheads all efforts to develop and implement Wix’ strategic plans geared towards accommodating the company’s growth objectives and business goals.
Prior to joining Wix, Nir was the Budget and Production Manager for two years at M.B. Contact Ltd., a private Israeli event production company. Before that, Nir worked for The Jewish Agency and the Israeli Scouts. Nir’s experience stems from his position as Lieutenant Commander and Chief Engineer in the Israeli Navy.

Ronni has over 25 years of experience in multinational, hi-tech companies. Prior to setting up Hibob, he was an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Silicon Valley-based Bessemer Venture Partners. He’s the strategic advisor and co-founder of Team8 Cyber Security, a powerhouse developing disruptive tech in the cybersecurity space. Ronni was also the co-founder and CEO of Cotendo, a content delivery network which in 2012, just four years after it was founded, was acquired by Akamai for $300m. Ronni has a BA in History and Educational Management from Tel-Aviv University, and a MA in Organisational Sociology from Bar-Ilan University. He’s currently living in Tel Aviv with his wife and four children.
Assaf is a serial entrepreneur with a passion to innovate in Cyber Security.
He is currently Founder & CEO of Wiz, which he co-founded with Ami Luttwak, Roy Reznik and Yinon Costica after their previous startup, Adallom Security that was sold to Microsoft.
He is an investor and advisor to several startups.
Prior to co-founding Wiz, he was GM of Microsoft’s R&D Center in Israel, and, concurrently, GM of Microsoft Cloud Security Group. The Center’s achievements are highly acclaimed.
Previously, Assaf and his team built one of Israel’s most prestigious cyber security startups, Adallom, sold to Microsoft. Assaf worked for McKinsey & Company, and served in the IDF Intelligence Unit. He holds a MSc. in Computer Science from the Technion, and a BSc. in Computer Science from the Hebrew University.

Slavik Markovich is a serial entrepreneur with a passion to solve hard technology problems. Before founding Descope, Slavik was the SVP of Products at Palo Alto Networks (former co-founder and CEO of Demisto), and serves as a board member and advisor to several security startups. Prior to co-founding Demisto, he was VP & CTO of database technologies at McAfee (Intel Security). He joined McAfee via the acquisition of Sentrigo, a database security startup, which he co-founded and served as CTO. Slavik has over 20 years of experience in infrastructure, security and software development, has contributed to many open-source projects and is a regular speaker at industry conferences. He holds a BSc degree in Computer Science.

During the last 20 years, Ofer served as the CFO of 30 of the most notable and successful Israeli start-ups.
Ofer’s accomplishments include successfully managing numerous IPOs, M&A transactions and involvement in his customers’ fundraising of over $1.5 billion. He’s currently the CFO of Fiverr (NYSE: FVRR), a global marketplace connecting freelancers and businesses for their digital services needs.
He also has acted as CFO and played strategic advisory roles for Wix (NSDQ:WIX), Onavo (acquired by Facebook), XtremIO (acquired by EMC), Adallom (acquired by Microsoft), Wilocity (acquired by Qualcomm) and others.
Prior to founding Nextage, Ofer worked at PwC (Israel), specializing in the audit of private and public companies and managing the Emerging Companies Services Department (investment banking, Due Diligence, Survey).
Ofer holds a BA in Accounting & Economics from Tel-Aviv University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Haleli is Partner and co-founder at BFP & Co, a corporate law firm. She serves as General Counsel to several high profile clients and provides strategic counseling at the board level. Haleli represents key Fortune 500 international corporations, investors (funds and wealthy individuals) and several mid-size and fast-growing enterprises in a wide range of industries. She is deeply involved in both strategic decision-making and implementation levels with her clients, in both commercial and legal aspects.
Haleli periodically lectures at universities and various business forums on corporate and business law, and technology and regulatory issues. She holds an LLB from the Hebrew University at Jerusalem and is a certified member of the Israeli Bar Association.
Ronnie is a Partner with Cerca Partners. Prior to joining Cerca, Ronnie was Head of Business Operations at Cyberstarts, Israel’s leading Cybersecurity VC fund. At Cyberstarts, Ronnie managed the fund’s dealflow, sourced investments and performed due diligence on pre funded cybersecurity startups. In addition, she worked closely with the fund’s portfolio CEOs. Before Cyberstarts, Ronnie was an Investment and Business Development Manager at an Israeli-based family office focused on early stage companies in the mobile and fintech sectors.
Before she entered the investment world, Ronnie worked at the Israeli Foreign Minister’s Bureau and was a commercial litigation attorney.
Ronnie holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University and is a certified member of the Israeli Bar Association. She also holds an M.A. from Columbia University.
Nir Falevich is a Principal at Cerca Partners. As part of Cerca’s investment team, Nir takes part in the fund’s deal sourcing, dealflow management and all due diligence aspects.
Prior to joining Cerca, Nir was an associate at Moneta VC, investing in world-class Fintech and Insurtech companies. Before Moneta VC, Nir was the Cybersecurity sector lead at Start-Up Nation Central. As a cybersecurity industry expert, Nir connected business executives from all around the globe with people and technologies involved in Israel’s cybersecurity industry.
Formerly, Nir was a business intelligence developer at Ginger Software, a US- and Israel-based ed-tech software company. Nir previously served in various positions in Unit 8200, the IDF technology and intelligence unit.
Nir holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Executive MBA program in Entrepreneurial Finance, and a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Political Science and Economics (PPE), both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Amit Ashkenazi is Chief Strategy Officer at Artlist, where he is leading the company’s strategy and managing it’s organic and inorganic growth engines. Amit’s areas of responsibilities also include Corporate Development, Enterprise Sales and partnerships.
Amit is also serving as an advisory board member at Guesty.
Before joining Artlist, Amit served as VP of Business Strategy at Fiverr (NYSE:FVRR) where he led Fiverr’s strategy and managed its strategic initiatives, corporate development and M&As.
Formerly, he was a Partner at Viola Growth, a technology growth capital fund that focuses on investing in Israeli-related global technology companies at their expansion phase. His investment areas included eCommerce, SaaS, Digital Media, and FinTech.
Prior to joining Viola, Amit worked as a senior consultant at Ernst & Young providing Transaction Advisory Services such as due diligence (buy-side and sell-side), business modeling, and management consulting for both public and private companies in numerous industries. He also provided Assurance services focusing on high-tech companies.
Amit is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and holds a BA, Magna Cum Laude, in Business Administration & Accounting from the College of Management and an MBA, Magna Cum Laude, from Tel Aviv University.
